Approve the purchase of parcel 123-04-005B in Pomerene, for flood control purposes at a cost of $57,000.

Approve the Flood Control District's Rain Gauge 5-year implementation plan, at a total cost of $203,000 spread over 5 years, with ongoing maintenance costs thereafter of $28,000 annually.
