Adopt Resolution 26-11 appointing Bradley A. Simmons, P.E., as Cochise County Engineer, effective April 28, 2026.

Approve the updated Cochise County organizational chart reflecting the reassignment of Engineering & Natural Resources under the Public Works Director.

Approve and authorize the Cochise County Board of Supervisors to sign a letter to the Arizona State Land Department expressing the County's opposition to Public Auction Lease No. 03-123513, a proposed 30-year commercial ground lease of approximately 1,061 acres east of Sierra Vista for a solar generating facility with battery energy storage, and requesting reconsideration of the lease structure, including consideration of a land sale or shorter lease term.

Approve the appointments and resignations of Precinct Committeemen (Republicans), by recommendation of their respective Cochise County Party Chairman, to serve through the October 1, 2026, term.
