This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A)(3).

Obtain legal advice from Civil Attorney's Office with respect to potential IGAs with other incorporated cities in Cochise County related to shared-legal strategy and finances for mutually-beneficial legal cases and projects in the future.
The Board may enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the County Attorney related to this item.
