This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A), (3).

Discussion and consultation with the County's attorneys for legal advice and to consider the County's position and instruct its attorneys regarding pending litigation in Mark Dannels v. David Morgan, Cochise County Superior Court Case No. CV202500371, and, to the extent necessary, discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2), (A)(3), and (A)(4).
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) the Board may vote to recess into an executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice from the Board's attorney on any matter listed on the agenda.
