Adopt Resolution 12-74, cancelling the Cochise College Governing Board District 3 Election for one 4-year-term board seat up for election and appointing the one candidate (Jane Strain) who filed to run in the election to fill the open board position, and cancelling the Cochise College Governing Board District 5 Election for one 4-year-term board seat up for election and appointing the one candidate (Dennis Nelson) who filed to run in the election to fill the open board position, with all the powers and duties of that office as if elected to that office, effective the first day of January, 2013.
