Approve the purchase of a radio communications system equipment upgrade for the Sheriff's Office from Motorola Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $7,232,540.60 including estimated sales tax and authorize the disposition of obsolete surplus radio communications equipment to Motorola as a trade in for the purchase of new equipment.
