Approve the proposed settlement of the Tax Appeal in David Snowdon and Jessica Snowdon v. Cochise County, TX2013-000044 (Assessor parcel No. 109-10-010D), now pending in Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of and for Maricopa County.

Approve award agreement A.G.#2014-043 from the Office of the Arizona Attorney General Victim's Rights Program awarding the Sheriff's Office $15,200 in funding to pay for 42.3% of the salary and employee related expenses (ERE) of a records specialist to conduct state mandated victim notifications, with a term of July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
