Approve the following appointments to the Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board:  Ray Klumb, Architect; Mike Hemesath, Engineer; Mike Rutherford, General Contractor; Kim Mulhern, Member-at-Large; Jim Olander, Electrician, Bill Henry, Green Building; and Bill Miller, Fire Safety.

Approve Amendment 4 to IGA#: ADHS12-007884, Emergency Preparedness Program, between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health & Social Services, in the amount of $211,522.04, for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.

Approve the renewal to IGA#: ADHS14-053052, WIC Services, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Program (BFPC), and the Farmer's Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Cochise Health & Social Services, (CHSS);  in the annual amounts of $569,430, $43,000,  and "as  needed", respectively, for the five year period of 10/1/13 – 9/30/18.
