Adopt Resolution 13-33 in accordance with A.R.S. 48-901 et. seq., approving the establishment of the San Pedro Domestic Water Improvement District as described in the attached Petition, including Exhibits A-F and appointing Dr. Mark Kartchner, Ms. Marion Kartchner, and Mr. Kevin Keith Kartchner to serve as the initial governing board.
