THIS IS A JOINT WORK SESSION OF THE COCHISE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND THE SIERRA VISTA CITY COUNCIL -- Presentation by Mr. Bruce Gungle, Hydrologist with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) on the ongoing Upper San Pedro Partnership hydrologic monitoring program.
