Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Cochise County and the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) authorizing USBP to assign Agents to the Sheriff's Office border crimes unit on a full time basis for the purpose of enhancing and specifically targeting crimes with a border nexus.

[ITEM TABLED FROM JULY 9, 2013 MEETING] Adopt Resolution 13-22 approving the $1.00 increase to the Solid Waste Rural Transfer Station fee schedule for a final rate of $3 per bag, $5 per car/van/suv and $8 per pick-up load effective August 15, 2013.

Adopt the Tentative County Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 in the amount of $184,092,363 (this amount is composed of $80,843,762 in General Fund and $103,248,601 in Special Revenue funds) and approve the Decision Packages as set forth in attached exhibit.
