Adopt Resolution 13-28 to adopt the Final County Budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 in the amount of $184,092,363 (this amount is composed of $80,843,762 in General Fund and $103,248,601 in Special Revenue funds) and approve the Decision Packages as set forth in attached exhibit.

Approve the Airport Development Reimbursable Grant Agreement #E4S1O with ADOT in the amount of $180,000 with a local match share of $20,000 for the Design of Taxiway A Reconstruction (3 phases) at the Bisbee-Douglas International Airport.
