Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of December 2, 2014.

Approve a letter from the Board of Supervisors to the Rillito Race Foundation allowing the Cochise County Fair Association to enter into a contract with the Rillito Race Foundation for Horse Races on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2015 and not yet determined dates in 2016 and 2017.

Approve the Annual Joint Funding Agreement (JFA No. 2) with United States Geological Survey (USGS) in the amount of $58,700 for the period of October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015 to conduct hydrologic investigations and data collection.
