Adopt the Tentative Budget of the Flood Control District for Fiscal year 2014-2015 in the amount of $6,244,736.

Approve Grazing License with Lazy H Slash, LLC for the Three Canyons/Palominas Parcel owned by the Flood Control District effective July 1, 2014 for a term on one year with automatic six month renewals unless canceled by either party.
