Approve the Arizona Technical Assistance Panel Agreement with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to convene a panel of land law experts, at no charge, to discuss the long term implications of open space in subdivisions for an amount not to exceed $5,000.

Adopt Resolution 15-09 to increase the $55.00 a ton Tipping Fee by $2.75 to $57.75 for Fiscal Year 2015-16 effective July 1, 2015 and increase an additional $2.75 a ton to $60.50 for Fiscal Year 2016-17 effective July 1, 2016.

Approve a Cooperative Agreement with Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (on behalf of U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC)) in the Estimated Amount of $10,000,000 effective May 12, 2015 through May 12, 2020.
