Approve acceptance of Quit Claim Deed from Melvin H. and Susana Sherwood (Grantors) to Cochise County for real property described as "The Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 32 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, as filed in the office of the County Recorder, Cochise County, Arizona" (APN 402-66-005) as recommended by the Highway & Floodplain Division and the County Attorney's Office.
