Appoint Mr. Phillip Isaacson to the Cochise County Building Code Advisory and Appeals Board effective immediately through September 25, 2017.
 

Appoint Mr. Tom Borer to the Planning and Zoning Commission, District 1 effective immediately through December 31, 2017.

Adopt Resolution 15-28 authorizing the acquisition of lands for a Multi Use Path south of the Ramsey Canyon Road as described therein.

Approve the proposed tax appeal settlement in Sean v. Cochise County, ST2015-000007, now pending in the Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County.

Approve demands and budget amendments for operating transfers.

Adopt Ordinance 48-15 amending fee schedules to provide for a standardized cost of copying and electronic media for purposes of public records requests.

Approve transfer of five acre parcel 408-34-008 on James Ranch Road to the City of Douglas Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E).

Approve the over-the-counter sales of tax deed properties remaining unsold following the July 2015 online tax deed land auction and subsequent over-the-counter sales, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, plus related administrative fees.

Ratify professional services from Southwest Hazard Control company for mold abatement at the Douglas Regional Service Center in the amount of $57,496.60.
