REQUESTED ACTION:
Motion to Adopt a Resolution to Amend Southeast Florida Transportation Council Rules to allow for Call-in/Virtual Board Participation
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
Approval of this item will enable the Executive Committee to meet in a virtual capacity during the declared State and Health Emergency.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The SEFTC values the health of the Board of Directors and staff. The SEFTC also recognizes the commitments and travel distance required to be present. The proposed Resolution found in the Attachment declares that while the state of Florida remains in a State and Health Emergency the SEFTC will continue to meet virtually.
