The Broward MPO has gained recognition on a national level for redefining what an MPO is capable of. Far from doing just what is minimally required, the Broward MPO constantly strives to not only improve its own processes, but also to initiate and lead various planning efforts in support of its mission to move people and goods, create jobs, and strengthen communities.

During the TMA Certification Review, MPO staff plans to present and discuss a collection of best practices that have helped to shape the transportation landscape of Broward over the last four years. For examples, please see the Attachment.
