Notice of an Administrative Modification to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 - 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The Florida Department of Transportation submitted a request to modify one project in the FY 2024-2028 TIP. Consequently, the Broward MPO granted approval for the administrative modification pertaining to the following project:
429576-8 SR-7/US-441 TRANSIT CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS GROUP/ PRIORITY 8
This administrative modification was required due to a scrivener's error and a funding adjustment for the project. The project description and limits remain the same. This modification aligned the project length with the project description. Additionally, this modification also included a reduction of project funding, but did not exceed the 20% AND $2 million threshold criteria for a formal TIP amendment. The administrative modification also did not necessitate approval from the MPO Board, as it fell below the thresholds for an amendment. Executive Director Gregory Stuart officially approved this modification on February 27, 2024. For more information, please see the Attachment.
