REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE: Approval of Assignment of Contract for CPA Services from the Broward MPO to MTECC.
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
This provides the assignment of Contract NO. 24-01 between BROWARD METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION and CHERRY BEKAERT ADVISORY LLC (CBA) for FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR METRO TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE (MTECC) from Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) to MTECC.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
This provides the assignment of Contract NO. 24-01 between BROWARD METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION and CHERRY BEKAERT ADVISORY LLC (CBA) for FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR METRO TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE (MTECC) from Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) to MTECC.
MTECC STAFF RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommend approval of Contract Assignment of Contract No. 24-01 from BMPO to MTECC, subject to follow up action by the BMPO Board.
