REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE the 2024-2025 Transportation Disadvantaged Service Plan (TDSP) Update

WHY THIS ACTION IS NECESSARY:
In accordance with Rule 41-2 of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC), the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD) requires this update to be approved by the Local Coordinating Board (LCB).
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The TDSP is an annually updated tactical plan that provides an overview of transportation disadvantaged (TD) services. Further, it provides a framework for the development of service performance standards and evaluations that are consistent with other local, regional and state transportation plans and requirements.
The TDSP is a collaborative effort between the Broward MPO, Broward County/Broward County Transit (BCT) Paratransit Services in its role as the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC), and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
The "dirty" version of the 2024-2025 TDSP Update is provided in the Attachment. The "dirty" version is complete with page numbers and appendices, but displays all changes and updates made to the document. All edits are shown via the use ofstrikethrough and underline.
