At the February 2026 MPO Board meeting, a Board Member requested additional information regarding the Amendment to the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) that removed Pines Boulevard at I-75 Park and Ride from the MTP Cost Feasible Plan. The Amendment was made because the Park and Ride project is being incorporated into another planned project. Specifically, the Park and Ride facility is included as part of the "SR-93/I-75 INTRCHG@SR-820/PINESBLVD F N OF MIRAMARPKWY T N OF PINESBLV" project (FM 415152-1, MTP ID: SI025). This project is currently funded for construction in fiscal year 2033 within the Strategic Intermodal System 10-Year Plan. Design activities are underway and funded in fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
