REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE Local Coordinating Board (LCB) Membership Appointment - Vocational Rehabilitation
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
This action will allow MPO staff to fill vacancies that exist in the LCB membership. Approval from the Board is required to make any changes to the membership appointments on the LCB.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The purpose of the LCB is to identify local service needs and to provide information, advice and direction to the Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) on the services to be provided to the transportation disadvantaged. The CTC for the Broward region is Broward County / Broward County Transit.
The LCB unanimously recommended the following appointment at their May 17, 2021 meeting:

- Alexis Harrison as the alternate member representing vocational rehabilitation (appointment letter provided in Attachment).
