The following agreement was approved at the September Executive Committee meeting:

• Advancing Strategic Initiatives Task Work Order No. 09 Between the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and Whitehouse Group, Inc. for a Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) Program in an Amount Not to Exceed $130,490.40
• Agreement Between the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and RingCentral, Inc. for Telecommunications Services in an Amount Not to Exceed $72,000
