REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE the 2024 Citizens' Advisory Committee (CAC) Meetings Schedule
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
Approval of this action will set the CAC meeting dates for the following year (2024) and allow MPO staff to arrange for the public notification of meetings and to set due dates for materials to be included in CAC agenda items.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The Attachment is the proposed 2024 CAC meetings schedule for review.
The proposed dates represent CAC meetings as being held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. with the exception of the month of November, changing the date from the fourth Wednesday to the first Wednesday of the next month due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
