Notification of Broward MPO 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan Administrative Modifications
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
Per 23 CFR 450.104, an Administrative Modification to the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is defined as a minor revision to a long-range statewide or MTP, Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program that includes minor changes to project/project phase costs, minor changes to funding sources of previously included projects, and minor changes to project/project phase initiation dates. An administrative modification is a revision that does not require public review and comment, a re-demonstration of fiscal constraint, or a conformity determination (in non-attainment and maintenance areas). In general, administrative modifications to the MTP include changes in cost that do not exceed 50% of project cost and $50 million, and whose schedule moves one time band or less.
The Broward MPO is making 31 Administrative Modifications to the 2050 MTP to be consistent with the TIP. The complete listing of the Administrative Modifications is provided in the Attachment.
