REQUESTED ACTION:
MOTION TO APPROVE: Designation of Payment Signatories for MTECC Banking Services
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
Approval of this item will designate payment signatories for banking services to the MTECC Board Chair, MTECC Executive Director and an Executive Director designee.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
MTECC was created pursuant to Chapter 163.01 Fla. Stat. by Interlocal Agreement on May 31, 2022, as recorded with the Clerk of the Court for Broward County, Florida. With the creation of MTECC, it shall be necessary for banking services to be established for the organization. The designation of payment signatories to the MTECC Board Chair, Executive Director and an Executive Director designee, will allow for MTECC to conduct its required banking services functions.
