REQUESTED ACTION:
Discussion of Initial Draft Budget
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
The MTECC team will be presenting to the MTECC Board its initial draft budget for FY 22-23. Discussion and comments from the MTECC Board is most welcomed. It is the intent of staff to further develop a more detailed draft budget and bring back to the second meeting of the MTECC Board for adoption.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement establishing the creation of MTECC, the Board will designate an Executive Director of MTECC . One of the responsibilities of the Executive Director is to prepare and submit to the MTECC Board an annual budget commencing on October 1st and concluding September 30th of each year. The MTECC team will be presenting to the MTECC Board its initial draft budget for FY 22-23 for discussion.
