REQUESTED ACTION:
Discussion and Scheduling of Upcoming MTECC Board Meetings
WHAT THIS ACTION ACCOMPLISHES:
This Discussion Item is presented to the MTECC Board to establish a meeting schedule for FY 22-23 MTECC Board Meetings.
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
The initial meeting of the MTECC Board is scheduled for Thursday, October 13th following the BMPO Board Meeting. The second meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 10th following the BMPO Board Meeting and the third meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 8th, also following the BMPO Board Meeting.
During the early development of MTECC, Mayors and Elected Officials met for their roundtable discussions on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The purpose of this item is to discuss the MTECC Board Members' preferred future meeting dates and times for the MTECC Board Meetings; whether it be on Thursdays after the BMPO Board Meetings, on Fridays similar to the previous MTECC roundtable discussions, or another preferred day and time.
