The MPO has relied on the guidance of the State in the development of the Cost Feasible Plan component of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP). At the upcoming TMA Certification Review, MPO staff will address any questions or comments from the Federal review team on the approach and steps that the MPO uses during the development of the MTP Cost Feasible Plan and any related topics.
