MOTION TO APPROVE: Extension of Term for MTECC Agreement with Clary Consulting Company for Executive Director services.

The MTECC auditor noted that the term for the agreement between MTECC and Clary Consulting Company for Executive Director services had expired in September 2024. The amendment makes the term of the agreement subject to future Board termination or resignation by Clary Consulting Company, whichever occurs first.

The original agreement for between MTECC and Clary Consulting Company had a term that ended at the end of fiscal year 2023-2024. The Executive Director has continued past that point at the discretion of the Board of Directors, without a contract.

 

This amendment conforms the agreement to be at the discretion of the Board of Directors so that there is active agreement between MTECC and Clary Consulting Company.

The MTECC Contracting Officer recommends approval of the amendment between MTECC and Clary Consulting Company.
