Deletion of Project FM# 451574-1 from the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) - Currently On Hold
SUMMARY EXPLANATION/BACKGROUND:
On August 1, 2025, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) submitted a request for Amendments to the FY 2026-2030 TIP, which included the proposed removal of FM# 451574-1: FLL/Hollywood International Airport Taxilane ADG III Serving Westside Parcels. The Technical Advisory Committee and Citizens' Advisory Committee recommended Board approval of the Amendments during their September meetings. The MPO Board, however, deferred action on this project to its October 30, 2025 meeting. On September 25, 2025, the Broward MPO received a follow-up request from FDOT to place the deletion of this project on hold pending further decisions.
