The following was approved at the September Executive Committee meeting:

• Authorized the Broward MPO Executive Director to Execute a Purchase Order Between the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and NEOGOV for Integrated Human Resources and Payroll Software in an Amount Not to Exceed $130,588.75
• Agreement 27-01 for Agenda and Minutes Management Software Agenda Quick as a Service Between Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and Destiny Software, Inc. in an Amount Not to Exceed $37,480
• Agreement 27-02 for Agenda and Video Streaming Services Between Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and Granicus, LLC in an Amount Not to Exceed $124,092.14
• Agreement 27-03 for Boardroom Voting System Support, Subscription and License Services and Upgrades between Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization and Intent Digital, LLC in an Amount Not to Exceed $113,500
