Discuss and/or take appropriate action to accept the donation from HEB, three (3) $500.00 gift cards, totaling $1,500.00, to the Office of Emergency Management and Fire Marshal. These gift cards will be used to assist in supporting the efforts of these offices. All receipts of transactions using the gift cards and a ledger of these funds will be kept by the offices for audit purposes. |
