| Judge Cude: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the purchase and grant of a sanitary easement of a 2 acre tract of land owned by Atascosa County described as 2 acres out of the Francisco de la Garza Survey No. 46, Abstract 277, Atascosa County, Texas and being a part or portion of the land described in a conveyance to Atascosa County in the deed of record in Book 829, Page 678 of the Official Public Records of Atascosa County, Texas and further being a part or portion of Lot 68, River Oaks Subdivision, as shown on the plat of record in Cabinet A, Sheet 108A (NPC) New Plat Cabinet of Atascosa County, Texas, and being more particularly described by the survey plat and metes and bounds on Exhibit “A” attached hereto to the Special Warranty Deed and Sanitary Easement by Benton City Water Supply Corporation. |
