Discuss and/or take appropriate action to request a quitclaim deed from the Governor in accordance with Section 202.025(5) of the Texas Transportation Code for the property located in Precinct 1 at or near State Highway No. 97 at East Trail near Pleasanton, Atascosa County, Texas, SH 97 Tract 2, TxDOT Project No. 24-3437, D15-007-586, and authorize Commissioner Pct. 1 Mark Gillespie to send a letter making this request and to execute the deed on behalf of Atascosa County. |
