                    1. Open Public Hearing
                    2. Close Public Hearing

B. Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval/denial of the replat of Lot 24 in the Woodland Hills Subdivision on Woodland Hills Rd. in Precinct 1 and entering an Order for the same.
