Discuss and/or take appropriate action on a request that Atascosa County enter an order pursuant to §34.05 of the Texas Property Tax Code, of certain real properties previously struck off the Taxing Authorities in-trust pursuant to §34.01 of the Texas property Tax Code for delinquent ad valorem taxes assessed to said properties described in Exhibit A. C. Discuss and/or take appropriate action on a request that Atascosa County enter an Order pursuant to §34.05(i) of the Texas Property Code, through private bid process certain properties previously struck off pursuant to §34.01(c) of the Texas Property Tax Code for delinquent as valorem taxes owed to Atascosa County described in Exhibit A. 1.
