Discuss and/or take appropriate action to enter into the Archival Microfilm Vault Storage agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. Request Commissioners' Court approval of the Archival Microfilm Vault Storage Agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. The price for the storage for 2025 is $6,198.50 to be paid out of the Records Management Preservation Fund (101-400-607). Please note that the price will go up every year due to the increase in film being stored. I request Judge Cude be authorized to sign the agreement pending approval of the County Attorney. |
