Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval of disbursement of pre-trial diversion funds as authorized by Art. 102.0121 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and approval of a check to be written from the Pre-Trial Miscellaneous Fund line item 053-400-625, in the amount of $10,500.00 for FY 2025 3rd quarter payment for services provided to Atascosa by the CSCD, as specified in the Interlocal Agreement. This has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney, Molly Solis. |
