| Sheriff Guerra: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve the 287(g) Service Agreement between the United States Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Atascosa County Sheriff's Office and approve the creation of a budget line item and an account for the 287(g) Reimbursement Program Funding allocated to the ASCO. The Agreement and Attachments have been reviewed by the County Attorney's Office. |
