Discuss and/or take appropriate action to order a special election to be held on May 3, 2025, on the proposition of the addition of territory to Atascosa County Emergency Services District No. 1 by annexation of additional territory described in Exhibit A, “Rossville VFD Service Area," to Atascosa County ESD No.1 and authorization to impose a tax not to exceed the rate allowed by Section 48-e, Article III, Texas Constitution pursuant to Health & Safety Code and to assume its proportionate share of the outstanding debts and taxes of the Atascosa County Emergency Services District No. 1, if it is added to the District.
