Discuss and/or take appropriate action to adopt the use of Essential Screens Background Check Services. |
Recommendation/Action Requested and Justification
Adopt the use of Essential Screens as our background check provider for our onboarding procedures. This will include national, federal, county criminal searches and motor vehicle records. They will also provide the annual MVR that is required per our employee handbook.
Costs associated with this service will be charged to 012-453-690 on the HR Budget.
