| Tracy Barrera: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action on approving the renewal of the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Grant Contract for FY 2025, contract 52025-SYZ. This is with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). If approved, direct the County Judge to sign via DocuSign. This agreement has been sent to the County Attorney's office for approval. |

| Tracy Barrera: | Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning the approval of the change order for the Atascosa County Sheriff's Office Addition and Renovations. This project was approved in commissioners' court on December 23, 2024, and awarded to Tegrity Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $1,067,777.00 from ARPA funds. The change order includes the cost of cabling ($34,485.00) and the cost of alternate parking ($57,777.00) for a total of $92,262.00. The new Construction Cost would be $1,160,039.00. This change order is within the allowed amount for a change order and within the overall dedicated ARPA funds. |
