Discuss and/or take appropriate action to authorize and direct the Rural Development Office and the County Attorney's Office to draft a real estate purchase agreement in the amount of $3,979.20 for the purchase of a 0.08-acre property owned by Ruben and Maria Huron, located at 185 River Oaks Drive, Poteet, Texas 78065; authorize the engagement of a title insurance company to process the transaction; and authorize the conveyance of the property to Atascosa County in accordance with the River Oaks Drive Flood Mitigation Project, GLO Contract No. 24-065-123-E965.
