| Public Comments: | This is the opportunity for citizens and guests to address the Commissioners' Court on any issue or any item of the agenda, in compliance with Tex. Gov't Code § 551.007. Commissioners' Court may not discuss any presented issue, nor may any action be taken on any issue at this time. Comments to be heard are limited to five (5) minutes each. (Attorney General Opinion – JC-0169) (Comments made during this time shall follow the Commissioners' Court Rules of Procedure and Decorum) The Commissioners' Court may not deliberate on any item that is not on the agenda. Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve an order restricting outdoor burning (Burn Ban), effective on August 24, 2026, for the period of 90 days (until November 22, 2026) and allow the Fire Marshal to end the Burn Ban without returning to the Commissioner's Court for approval when the Fire Marshal determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of the county no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning. |

Constable Mark Medina completed 20 continuing education hours in San Marcos, Tx on the Civil Process from July 26–29, 2026. Constable Mark Medina completed 16.00 continuing education hours at the FY26 JPCA conference from June 29, 2026–July 3, 2026. |

A. Discuss and consider information presented by Motorlola / Alamo Public Safety regarding equipment and process for updating the emergency services communication infrastructure system.
The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 Consultation with Attorney and Section 551.0761. Deliberation Regarding Critical Infrastructure Facility, Section 551.074 Personnel Matters, and other applicable sections as announced.
