Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval of disbursement of pre-trial diversion funds as authorized by Art. 102.0121 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and approval of a check to be written from the Pre-Trial Miscellaneous Fund line item 053-400-625, in the amount of $10,500.00 for FY 2026 2nd quarter payment for services provided to Atascosa by the CSCD, as specified in the Interlocal Agreement.  This has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney.

Discuss and/or take appropriate action on approving the renewal of the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Grant Contract. This is with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). If approved, direct the County Judge to sign via DocuSign. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's office.

Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning the trade-in of the following item from the County Attorney: 2019 Ford F150 Pickup, VIN#1FTEW1CB3KKE60512, for a trade-in value of $16,000.00 to Mac Haik's Southway Ford. This trade will go toward the purchase of a 2025 Ford F150 Pickup, VIN#1FTEW2LP9SFC56565, for $53,226.25. The total cost after trade-in is $31,476.25.  This purchase will be charged to the County Attorneys capital outlay budget 012-404-707.
