Dba Johns Oil Co. to Great Lakes Petroleum Co under Paragraph 24 of the Bulk Fuel Bid Contract for the period beginning 01/01/2024 and ending 12/31/2024 and to assign this contract to Great Lakes Petroleum Co. under the same terms and conditions as agreed by Cruz, Inc. Dba Johns Oil Co. for the remainder of the contract. Great Lakes Petroleum has assumed all the responsibilities of assuring the prompt delivery of fuel to Cruz, Inc. Dba Johns Oil Co. bulk fuel clientele. Johns Oil was the only company who bid for the fuel contract. Therefore, it was the only contract accepted. |

The motion was made by Commissioner Riley, 2nd by Commissioner Perez and all voted in favor to approve. 5/13/24 item #20: "Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve 1 (one) 10 inch lay flat line for Select Water Solutions, LLC, will enter CR ROW on CR Edmond Tom Ranch Road on the East side of CR and travel South for 7,800 feet. A check in the amount of $1,000 has been turned into the Atascosa County Treasurer's Office." B. Approve the refund of $1,000.00 to Select Water Solutions, LLC for the payment received for item #20 on 5/13/24. C. Discuss and/or take appropriate action to renew the motion, which was tabled on 5/13/24 #22. The motion to table the item was made by Commissioner Gillespie, 2nd by Commissioners Perez, all voted in favor to table the item. 5/13/24 item #22: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to approve 2 (two) 12 inch-lay flat lines for Select Water Solutions, LLC. The lines will enter CR ROW Edmond Tom Ranch Rd for 1,858 feet. A check in the amount of $500.00 has been turned into the Atascosa County Treasurer's Office. D.
