All documents have been reviewed and approved by Trent Rowel, Assistant County Attorney. See attached.

Tracy Barrera: Discuss and/or take appropriate action to consider approving the purchase of the 2023 Ford F150 Crew Cab to be paid with ARPA funds, budget line 012-487-644.  This purchase is through Silsbee Ford on the state BuyBoard Contract #724-23 for $55,369.00.

Tracy Barrera: Discuss and/or take appropriate action concerning approval of disbursement of pre-trial diversion funds as authorized by Art. 102.0121 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and approval of a check to be written from the Pre-Trial Miscellaneous Fund line item 053-400-625, in the amount of $10,500.00 for FY 2024 4th quarter payment for services provided to Atascosa by the CSCD, as specified in the Interlocal Agreement.   Payment will be released after Trent Rowell of the County Attorney's office has reviewed and approved it.

Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude completed 8 educational hours at the 2024 Judicial Roundtables in McMullen County on June 18th-19th, 2024.

Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude completed 4 educational hours at the V.G Young Institute of County Government South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Conference in South Padre Island on June 24th-27th, 2024. 

Atascosa County Judge Weldon P. Cude has completed 96.50 hours of continued education for the years 2023 and 2024. 

Commissioner Gillespie completed 13 hours of continuing education at the V.G Young Institute of County Government at the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference in South Padre Island, Texas from June 24-27, 2024.

The Regular Session of Atascosa County Commissioners Court will now recess in order to convene in Executive Session according to Texas Government Code 551.071 and 551.074 to discuss personnel and other matters with the County Attorney's office.
